We loved our recent stay at Belt Road. We were looking for a place where there would be something for everyone, Belt Road ticked all the boxes. The kids could walk/ride their bikes to the local pool which was very close. The pools has the works, water slides, indoor/outdoor pools, diving boards etc. The could also bike into town and got to the mall (great if you have teens!). The views were spectacular. We loved that we could also see the port, lots to see day or night. The facilities in our part of the park were excellent, very new, clean, great showers, The park is also right next to the cycle was - I definitely recommend taking bikes. I highly recommend this holiday park.
Just the nearest to heaven anyone will get before they shuffle off the mortal coil! Get there before it's too late! Gorgeous campsite, managed by a lovely young couple (Anna and Peter), supported by a helpful, attractive team. Sorry, but superlatives won't cover it - go see for yourself. Very friendly helpful staff and welcome us back every time. The views are awesome and the sound of the sea at night just soothes you off to sleep after a big day of walking along the wonderful Coastal Walkway. Amenities are very clean.
Over New Year - The staff have the great can do anything attitude! I arrived with no booking and was fitted it.
Spent a few nights here in the last couple of days, experiencing the rain, the wind and even got a bit of sunshine. Still had a fantastic stay. Cracking tent site, fantastic facilities, and great company. Location is close enough to town and right on the coast providing a wonderful outlook. Certainly one of the North Islands hidden little secrets. Probably gonna have to go back for a little longer. Would recommend all accommodation options from tent sites through to the cabins. One of the places to stay to take in the light festival in Pukekura Park.
