We are located at 2 Belt Road in New Plymouth. We are situated along the Coastal Walkway, approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the city center.
For booking made directly, via phone, email, or website, our cancellation policy applies to the cancellation of an entire booking or any part of a booking. If you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to your arrival date, a 10% cancellation fee applies (a minimum fee of $20).
If you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior to your arrival date, a 100% cancellation applies.

Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8 am until 8 pm.
Check-in is from 1 pm. If you would like to check in earlier than 1 pm, please give our friendly team a call to arrange on 0800 804 204. Our office is open until 8 pm daily. If you will be checking-in later than 8 pm, please give us a call to organise key pick-up.
Check out is 10 am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and can only be confirmed on arrival.
Our team is experienced in group bookings and will work with you to find the best accommodation options for your group. If you would like to send an email to info@beltroad.co.nz outlining the details of your group, including dates, numbers, and any special requirements, our team will aim to be back to you within 24 hours with a quote.
We require full prepayment when booking online. However, we can work with you for alternatives, please contact us to discuss. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, and cash.
We allow small pets, in caravans & camper-vans only, by prior arrangement outside of peak season, which is from 20 December through to the end of January and event or long weekends. We do not allow pets in any of our cabins, units, or motels. Small pets are generally considered under 10kgs.
Please note, we do have allocated sites for caravans & camper-vans with pets, and we cannot guarantee a sea view site.
