This policy applies to cancellation of an entire booking or any part of a booking.
If your booking was made through an online travel agent/OTA (e.g Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif, Hotels.com), the cancellation policy of the OTA applies.
If your booking was made directly with the park (including bookings made on our website, or by phone/email), a 10% administration fee applies if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your arrival date (minimum $20); if you cancel less than 5 days prior to arrival or do not arrive for your booking, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
If your booking is for a major event (such as WOMAD, bowl concert) and you wish to cancel within 4 months of that event, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is to be paid on arrival. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Minimum stay bookings may apply during weekends and high demand periods.
